Multi-Location Inventory Management System
Logistics & delivery company managing merchant products across multiple states from a single headquarters.
The Challenge
The client had operated for years without inventory tracking. They could not reliably answer three questions: how much stock belongs to each merchant, how much has been delivered versus what is outstanding, and which state or branch holds what.
The Solution
We engineered an append-only inventory ledger where every stock movement — stock in, transfer, dispatch, and adjustment — is a recorded transaction and current balances are always derived from them. That design makes the system recoverable: nothing is silently overwritten, and any discrepancy is corrected with an auditable compensating entry.

Periodic Stock & Valuation Reports
Weekly to yearly reports of received, delivered, and remaining stock, by merchant, exportable to CSV or Excel.
Role-Based Access Control
Admin, branch staff, viewers, and dispatch agents each see exactly one clear screen and one job.
